Hurricane Sports – Warranty Terms and Conditions
Cricket Bat Warranty:
We provide a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects for all Hurricane Sports branded bats, effective from the date of purchase. To file a warranty claim, please present proof of purchase and ensure compliance with Hurricane Sports' care guidelines. We may ask you to provide photos as evidence of any possible warranty claims. Note that warranties are non-transferable.

If your bat is damaged, return it promptly to the retailer for evaluation. Minor repairs can often be handled easily. Unattended damage beyond repair may be considered neglect. Non-warrantable repairs will be managed by a Hurricane Sports-approved repairer at the client’s expense.
Cricket Soft goods & Bag Warranty: All soft goods and bags are guaranteed against workmanship defects for 90 days under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear within the 90-day period. Proof of purchase is required.
Terms & Conditions of Purchase:
· Refunds: May be subject to a restocking fee if free shipping was provided. Hurricane Sports reserves the right to recoup all associated fees and charges.

At Hurricane Sports Online Cricket Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the item(s) are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return and will be issued to the original method of payment.
